Research Interests:

Broadly, my interests include tropical ecology, conservation biology, and primate-plant interactions. For my Ph.D. research, I plan to focus on the effects of habitat fragmentation and other forms of disturbance on primate-plant mutualisms. I am particularly interested in primates as pollinators and seed dispersers and the potential interdependence of primate persistence and tropical forest regeneration.
